Omg such a good point! The emoji effect on Insta DMs, makes it less interactive. It’s more of a gesture than actually articulating a response. Tbh, I don’t always feel like this, but sometimes when I say something and someone just likes the message, I’m like “you could easily say something back” lol but yeah great post
